My IBM marketing training and my education in finance have helped me to develop cost justification models that will help you to evaluate your investment. We all want to feel comfortable with the decisions we are making. In many cases, the decision to purchase property is not a financial one. I have found that many home buying decisions are emotional. A property simply feels right, and often it is! At the same time, I find that some people cannot visualize the potential of a home. I feel my decorating experience has given me an "eye" for this possibility. When I am working with sellers I have found that making a few simple changes in their homes can make a wonderful difference in the way the property shows. "Staging" has become very popular in Real Estate marketing. "Staging" is presenting a home at its best. It may be simple changes in the placement of furniture, or adding or removing a few pieces. Is a property well priced?

Sales statistics show that properties that are initially priced too high eventually sell for less than properties that were correctly priced in the first place. In addition, over-priced houses can take months or even years to sell, while properly priced houses usually sell in a matter of weeks or even days. Let me prepare a CMA (or Comparative Market Analysis) that will show you the value of your home. The average or median price will likely be very close to your home's true market value. If you are buying a home, I will provide you with this same analysis so you can decide if the property is well priced. I have lived in the community for seventeen years. I know a value and I know a realistic price.
